Who is Erin?

Erin is an intuitive EFT tapping practitioner working virtually from her clinic in Melbourne, Australia. She is a Mother of two young kids, a wife, and is extremely passionate about helping people release limiting beliefs using a combination of Emotional Freedom technique, inner child work, affirmations and journal prompts.

She specialises in helping mothers to heal in order to break the cycle of generational trauma and lighten their load in order to bring more peace & joy to their days.

Erin is a fully qualified EFT, TFT and EFT Energy Practitioner and is accredited by the CTAA Complimentary Therapists Accredited Association.


My story

I was a burnt-out, overwhelmed Mum who’d been diagnosed with postnatal anxiety, postnatal depression, postnatal rage and really high stress levels. I wasn’t the Mum I wanted to be, the wife I wanted to be or the friend I wanted to be and I had a lot of guilt about that.
I woke up every day feeling stressed and put off going to sleep every night because I was so desperately craving having some “me time” before going to bed. I was relying a lot more on caffeine and sugar to give myself some energy and endorphins.
Now my days are easy, joyful & peaceful. I no longer resonate as being someone with having mental health issues. I prioritize self care & I love pampering myself.
My healing journey began with seeing a psychologist, decluttering my house, doing daily affirmations and journaling then I was lucky enough to find EFT and had a miraculous recovery with it, it fast forwarded my healing journey, which is why I went back to study it, so I could help others.

I’ve always been someone who’s been a good listener, a helper and someone people would come to for advice. From about 4yo my friends would come to me to talk about their struggles and it’s continued throughout my life. I’ve always wanted to help people so I went in to the pharmaceutical industry, then Beauty Therapy and now, as an EFT Practitioner.

I’ve been on that dark side of motherhood train, I hate to think about where that track goes. Where’s the end of the line if you keep heading in the same direction, if things don’t change? I know I can help you as I’ve been there, I know your struggles & I’m confident I can help you to achieve the life you want and deserve, full of patience and ease. What is EFT?

I like to describe EFT as “ If acupressure, meditation, affirmations and talk therapy had a baby, that’s EFT”.

It’s a healing modality that originated in the early 1980s by Clinical Psychologist Dr. Roger Callahan who coined his therapy “TFT - Thought Field Therapy”. He had done extensive study in to Traditional Eastern medicine and acupuncture and decided to combine this passion with his psychological practice.

It has then been further refined and advanced by Gary Craig and Sylvia Hartman to become EFT energy which I mostly use in my EFT practice.

In our session we begin with clarifying the issues we’re focusing on, getting down deep to the core of how you feel about the issue, what thoughts you have about it and any beliefs you may have, consciously or subconsciously.

We then collaborate to create two statements to use as mantras during the tapping. The first one acknowledging how you feel about it, and the second focusing on how it will feel once it’s in the past.

I will then teach you the miridian/acupressure points and will guide you through as you physically tap on each area to acknowledge the belief, draw it out and release it. I then like to wrap up our session with a short guided meditation, time permitting.

What can EFT help with?

I specialise in helping my clients heal overwhelm, burnout, resentment, disappointment, guilt, being reactive, boundary setting, inner child wounds, believing you are not enough, lack of patience, lack of calm, triggers, anxiety and stress.
